Sunflower Snacks

Sunflower Snacks – A really simple way to make sunflower seeds extra tasty is to lightly toast them in a frying pan, when you see a few start to turn golden brown (after 5 minutes), add a few shakes of soy sauce (preferably tamari) and continue to stir until evenly coated. Remove from pan and allow to cool so that they go deliciously crispy. To aid digestion add a few cumin seeds in the initial heating and enjoy!
